We also build multi-tenant SaaS platforms — software you sell as a subscription service, or operate yourself across multiple internal divisions. Forge Work is our flagship example, built on the same multi-tenant pattern we deploy for clients.
Each engagement starts with a discovery: we sit with you, walk the workflows, and write a fixed-scope architecture spec before any code lands. You see the build, not a Gantt chart — biweekly demos, working software at every step. We work in Python (FastAPI), TypeScript (React), Flutter for mobile, and PostgreSQL for data. Hosted on Microsoft Azure by default; portable elsewhere when needed. We hold the system through the first year minimum after launch — most clients renew because the firm that built it understands it best.

What is the typical timeline for a custom system?
8 to 16 weeks for a focused MVP; 4 to 8 months for a production-grade multi-system platform with mobile. We work in 2-week increments with live demos, so you see the build, not a Gantt chart.
Where do you work from?
Amman, Jordan. Engagements run remote-by-default with on-site time added for ERP discovery and onboarding when the customer is regional. We primarily serve operators across MENA.
What technologies do you use?
Python + FastAPI for backends, PostgreSQL for data, Odoo 19 for ERP-shape problems, Flutter for iOS + Android mobile, React + TypeScript for admin UIs, hosted on Microsoft Azure. We pick the stack to match the problem — and we use AI tooling alongside the engineering team to ship complex systems faster.
Do you build multi-tenant SaaS?
Yes — Forge Work, our own platform, is multi-tenant with hard data isolation per workspace. We use the same pattern to build white-labeled SaaS platforms for clients who want to sell software under their own brand.
What happens after launch — do you offer maintenance?
Yes — retainer-based maintenance is the default. We hold the system through the first year minimum, and most clients renew because the firm that built it understands it best. Retainers are earned, not trapped.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — mutual NDA before discovery is standard. No charge.
